Terms of Service

Free Business Documents provides free tools for creating business documents and editing files. You may use the Service for lawful personal and business purposes. You are responsible for the content of the documents you create and for ensuring you have the right to use any logos, text, or files you upload into the browser-based tools.

The Service does not require an account. The documents and files you work with are stored in your own browser or processed transiently to render a PDF and then discarded, as described in our privacy policy. You are responsible for keeping your own copies of any documents you create; we do not store them and cannot recover them for you.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• create fraudulent, deceptive, or unlawful documents;
• infringe anyone's intellectual property or privacy rights;
• attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure; or
• use automated means to abuse the free rendering tools beyond ordinary personal or business use.

The Service and any guides we publish provide general information and document templates only. They are not legal, tax, accounting, or financial advice. Templates such as contracts may not suit your specific situation or jurisdiction. For important matters, consult a qualified professional. You use the documents you create at your own risk.

We provide the Service on an "as is" and "as available" basis and may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of it at any time without notice. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any document it produces will meet your requirements.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sevlo Technologies will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or business, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Because the Service is free, our total liability for any claim relating to it is limited to the amount you paid to use it, which is zero.

The Service is supported by advertising served by Google AdSense and may link to third-party sites such as PayPal. Those third parties operate under their own terms and privacy policies, which we do not control.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date above. Your continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
