About Free Business Documents

Most document generators want your email before you see a single line, stamp their logo across your invoice, or lock the good features behind a subscription. We wanted the opposite: something you can land on, use in two minutes, and walk away from with a finished PDF — no account, no catch, no watermark.

We build it because we needed it ourselves. The same tools that run a real small business — a way to bill a client, quote a job, sign an agreement, or clean up a scanned document — should be free and available to anyone, whether you send one invoice a year or one a day.

The documents you create live in your browser, not on our servers. Company details, customers, line items, and logos are stored in your browser's local storage on your own device. Many of our tools — the PDF editor, merger, scanner, signature cleaner, and others — run entirely in your browser and never upload your files at all. When a document does need our server to render a PDF, it is converted in memory and immediately discarded; we keep no copies and no logs of your documents. The site is supported by unobtrusive advertising and the occasional "buy me a coffee" donation from people it has helped. That is what keeps every tool free, unlimited, and free of watermarks — with no premium tier and no paywall.
